Built for clubs & committees across Punjab
Sports management is still stuck in 1990
Village committees and club organizers run tournaments on notebooks, WhatsApp groups, and mental calculations. It shouldn't be this hard.
Notebook-Based Records
Player registrations, match results, and standings tracked in physical notebooks that get lost, damaged, or misread.
Manual Calculations
Points tables, goal differences, run rates — all calculated by hand with frequent errors that cause disputes and mistrust.
Match Disputes
Age fraud, weight disputes, rule violations — with no system, objections turn into arguments and tournaments fall apart.
Registration Chaos
Team lists on paper, missing player details, and last-minute changes with no single source of truth before kickoff.
Communication Gaps
Schedule changes on WhatsApp that not everyone sees. Teams show up at the wrong time, wrong field.
No Historical Data
Last year's records? Gone. Player stats across seasons? Never tracked. Every year starts from scratch.
Everything tournaments need. Nothing they don't.
A complete operations hub for village-level and district-level sports in Punjab — tournaments first, always.

A fair game, on and off the field
The industry's first built-in dispute resolution system for grassroots sports. No more shouting matches — formal process, documented evidence, transparent resolution.
Age Verification Disputes
Submit ID proofs, birth certificates, or school documents. The committee reviews and makes a binding decision with a full audit trail.
✓ Resolved in 24hWeight Category Disputes
For sports with weight categories, log official weigh-in results and contest if rules were violated.
⏳ Pending ReviewRule Violation Reports
File formal complaints for equipment violations, player misconduct, or referee decisions with supporting evidence.
🔴 EscalatedMatch Result Disputes
Contest match results with documented grounds. The match operator log and event timeline serve as evidence.
✓ Auto-Verified via LogEvidence Tracking
Upload photos, documents, and video clips as evidence. Everything stays permanently attached to the objection record.
✓ Fully DigitalAppeals & Resolutions
Structured two-stage process — initial review by match committee, escalation to organizing committee if needed.
⏳ Under ReviewSimple ledger when you need it
Finance stays in the background. Punjab Sports Hub is built for running tournaments — with optional tools to keep donations, expenses, and payments organised for your committee.
Collect donations
Record sponsor gifts and community contributions tied to the tournament.
Maintain a ledger
A simple cashbook for the committee — who paid, who received, and why.
Track expenses
Log ground rent, referee fees, equipment, and other tournament costs.
Tournament payments
Registration fees and related payments linked to teams and events.
Manage from the sideline
The entire platform is designed mobile-first. Score a match, register a team, check the schedule, or resolve an objection — all from your phone, even on the village ground with patchy internet.
What organizers are saying
“We used to manage our entire inter-village tournament with registers and WhatsApp. The disputes alone took more time than the actual games. Punjab Sports Hub gave us one place for teams, schedules, and live scores — the tournament finally runs on time.”
“The live scoring feature is unbelievable. We shared the link in our village WhatsApp group during the volleyball night tournament — people who couldn't come were following every point from home. Our club's reputation went up overnight.”
“Age disputes used to destroy tournaments every year. Now we have a formal process — documents uploaded, committee reviews it, decision is logged. The whole tournament runs smoother because there's a system everyone trusts.”

Contact Support →Currently, Punjab Sports Hub supports Football (all formats including 7-a-side, 9-a-side, 11-a-side, and Futsal), Volleyball (indoor, beach, night, and 4x4), and Cricket (T10, T20, 40-over, and One-Day). More sports like Kabaddi and Basketball are on the roadmap.
Absolutely. Punjab Sports Hub is specifically designed for village-level sports committees and small clubs. There is no minimum size requirement. You can run a simple knockout tournament with 4 teams or a full district championship with 64+ teams.
The match operator app uses an offline-first architecture. The scorer can input goals, wickets, and events even without an active internet connection — the app stores events locally and syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
Punjab Sports Hub is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means it works beautifully on mobile browsers without needing to install anything from the App Store or Play Store. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.
Any registered team or player can file a formal objection through the platform with a description, category, and supporting evidence. The tournament committee reviews the submission through the admin panel and issues a binding decision. The entire process is logged and visible to all parties.
Yes, as a supporting feature. You can record donations, maintain a simple ledger, track expenses, and link registration-related payments to tournaments — without finance being the focus of the platform.
Both options are available. Organizers can share a registration link that allows teams to register themselves and submit player details online. Alternatively, organizers can do manual entry. All registrations go through an approval step before being confirmed.
Punjab Sports Hub supports WhatsApp notifications (via WhatsApp Business API), SMS, and in-app push notifications. Automated notifications are sent for match confirmations, schedule changes, score updates, and objection status.
English is the primary interface language currently, with Punjabi (Gurmukhi) and Hindi support actively in development. Score share pages and notifications are already available in Punjabi. Full multilingual interface is expected in the next major release.
We store tournament data, team and player profiles, and match records. Optional ledger entries for committees are kept private to authorized members. Player ID documents uploaded for verification are encrypted and accessible only to the committee. All data is stored in India on secure cloud infrastructure and we will be fully DPDP Act compliant.
